About the event
This course is open to Law Enforcement Agency personnel assigned to the Property & Evidence room. We will be discussing Best Practices associated with receiving, processing, and storing confiscated property/evidence. As well as maintaining the security and integrity of the chain of custody, disposing of, or returning property/evidence in accordance with federal, state laws/regulations and with established departmental policy.
